Carpet and rug cleaning in Mijas
Wool and hand-knotted rugs are common in Mijas villas and they are also the least forgiving: too much water, or the wrong product, and the colours bleed or the pile felts. We identify the fibre before we begin, work with eco-friendly products and controlled moisture, and dry the rug the same day. From €10/m². More on rug cleaning.

How we work
Our 4-step process
1
Photo and measurements
Send them by WhatsApp and we confirm the price and the best approach for that fibre.
2
Dry soil removal
A deep mechanical vacuum takes out the grit and hair that abrasive-damage the fibres.
3
Gentle wet clean
Controlled hot water and low-residue product, extracted immediately so nothing soaks in.
4
Groomed and dried
We comb the pile in its natural direction and speed up drying before we leave.
Why MarbeClean
A clean you can see and feel
Hillside dust and pets
Homes above Mijas Costa collect fine dust that settles right into the pile. Combined with dog and cat hair, it dulls a rug faster than foot traffic does.
Every fibre gets its own method
Wool, viscose, silk, cotton and synthetics all respond differently to water and pH. We adjust the treatment instead of applying the same formula to everything.
No need to send it away
Your rug never leaves the house, so there is no transport, no waiting weeks and no risk of it coming back a different shape.
We clean rugs and fitted carpets in Mijas Pueblo, Las Lagunas, La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda, Riviera del Sol, Miraflores, El Chaparral and Mijas Golf. See everything we do across Mijas.
